Composition: German Silver (65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel) a relaxing and solid alloy.

Effect: this bit has a gag action. The German 3 ring bit is particular as it prevents from any pinching around the usual friction areas. The lever action is progressive and slightly softer than the lever action of a classic 3 ring bit.

Tips: this bit can be used with reins fixedly attached on the bottom ring, with bit loops or with two pairs of reins. The self-blocking mechanism will make this bit suit the couples that need a little more action in case of need.
